Description
You escaped paradise in search of your inseparable soulmate, but now the heavens are furious and have sent their holy light after you!
A game submission for the GMTK 2021 game jam, under the theme 'joined together'.
Notes:
- Mac version does not work when downloaded straight from this page. It only works when downloaded through the itch.io app. We apologise that we are unable to provide a fix at this time.
- Linux version is provided but has not been tested.

I like the puzzle and platformer elements, and the art is wonderfully dark. With some difficulty polish, this could be a great game idea.

A lot of the lives lost in the game were down to split-second movements which I had a hard time nailing. With the death system as well (losing all your lives means starting from scratch), it can get repetitive.
This is consistent with some other feedback we've got for the life system. We'll probably scrap it if we do another iteration.
